We have full-time shift & part-time shift positions for Back of House (Kitchen) & Front of House available;

Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate encouraged to apply
- Typhoid Vaccine Certification
- Positive attitude with a pleasant personality
- Good communication
- Food Handling Cert

Front of House: Sunway HQ

A general outline of the roles and responsibilities of the position of FOH staff is provided below but not limited to: 

1. Welcome and help customers as they come into the restaurant and take their orders


2. Process customers’ orders and generate their bills


3. Handle and process all instore and online orders


4. Present to customers the services and active offers and promotions


5. Serve and pack warm foods to customers in an effective manner and in strict accordance with the orders of the customers


6. Service to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers if required


7. Assist kitchen staff and outdoor delivery staff whenever such assistance is required


8. Clean all tables after the customer leaves and prepare for the next set of customers


9. Ensure supplies, such as napkins, condiments, utensils and cleaning supplies are refreshed regularly or whenever necessary


10. Ensure work areas, such as cashier counter, and customer areas are clean and organized


11. Process cash, credit card payments using cash registers and POS system


12. Submit necessary reports


13. Ensure the stock room is in order and stock is replenished regularly (Stocktaking)


14. Complete understanding of services & products provided


15. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Kitchen Crew: All Outlets

A general outline of the roles and responsibilities of the position of Kitchen Crew is provided below but not limited to: 


1. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment


2. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking


3. Cook food according to the standard recipe provided


4. Ensure great quality and presentation before they are served


5. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen


6. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly


7. Check the quality of ingredients


8. Monitor stock and place orders when needed


9. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers


10. Ensure incoming and outgoing stock is aligned with the respective Delivery Order (DO)
